A) Yes, we are pleased to offer direct billing, also called assignment.
Q) What costs will my dental insurance company cover?
A) Dental benefits vary from plan to plan, so it’s important to make sure you understand what your plan covers. If you provide us with your plan details, we are more than happy to give you an ESTIMATE of what your costs will be.
Q) What factors do you consider when providing an estimate for treatment?
A) Our dental estimates are based on the information we have on file. If you’re concerned about exactly what costs you’ll be responsible for, simply ask about our ‘Pre-Treatment Estimate.
Q) What is a ‘Pre-Treatment Estimate’?
A) A Pre-Treatment Estimate is submitted to your insurance to give you an accurate cost of the treatment. Upon request, we’ll file this paperwork with your insurance provider before any dental work is performed. While this may delay your treatment, you’ll know exactly what (if any) out-of-pocket costs you may be required to pay.
Q) What payment options are available to me?
A) We require payment in full at the time of treatment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, E-Transfer and Interac (Debit).

A) Our Dental Administration Team is happy to provide you with a detailed treatment plan outlining the associated costs to help you budget for each appointment accordingly. We can also prioritize your treatments so that you can tent to the most urgent dental needs as soon as possible, and plan further treatments over time.
